Installation Instructions 3244 Deluxe Light Kit Club Car 48V Electric ’93-UP DS

1. Install light bulbs into headlights

2. Using saw, cut out headlight and taillight locations Use: Templates

3. Install Voltage Reducer to inside of frame rail on driver side. See Figure 1.

4. Remove foot pad from brake pedal

1. Install first light switch behind pedal. See Figure 2. Use: (2) #6 – 32 x 1.0” Hex bolts

2. (2) #6 – 32 Nylon lock nuts
5. Reinstall foot pad Figure 1

1. Install second light switch to bracket Use: (2) #6 – 32 x 1.0” Hex bolts

2. (2) #6 – 32 Nylon lock nuts Note: Make sure nylon lock nuts are on switch side
1. Install switch/bracket assembly to underside of car. See Figure 3. Use: (1) 1/4” – 20 x 1.0” Hex bolt

1. 1/4" – 20 Nylon lock nut

2. 5/16” – 18 Nylon lock nut Note: When installed, button on light switch must be pressed in when brake pedal is stationary

6. Using knife, cut holes in floor mat where existing holes are _{Figure 2}located in kick panel. See Figure 4.

1. Install Dimmer switch and Horn button. See Figure 5. Use: (2) #10 – 32 x 1.0” Slot screws

1. #10 Lock washers

2. #10 – 32 Hex nuts

3. Spacers

7. Using drill, drill a hole in dash, and install Headlight switch. See Figure 6.

8. Install Horn. See Figure 7. Use: Existing bolt at base of steering column

9. Connect Flasher to Signal assembly.

1. Install Signal assembly to steering column and route wires ^{Figure 3}

2. through dash. See Figure 8. Use: Signal hardware
10. Install Wire harness underneath car on driver-side

11. Connect everything per wire diagram specifications. See page 3.

12. Install Tail and Headlights
