is done via Email or Fax.

Due to contractual agreements with our parent
company and PayPal we are only able to do business via the Internet. In
short we can only process orders through the web site.

At the end of checking out you will leave
our site and go to PayPal for payment. When you go to PayPal our site sends
you an order confirmation and when your done with PayPal they send you
a payment confirmation. This may sound a little confusing at first but
it's for security reasons. Order from our site and pay through a bonded
secure site. This makes data transfer split between two different systems.
It takes the same amount of time as it would be from just one site.
No order is filled until we receive a payment confirmation from
PayPal so you don't have to worry about an order you didn't complete or
about double orders.

With the new versions of browser's some
security settings are set to exclude cookies. In order for the cart to
function properly cookies have to be enabled. The cookie is what contains
the information that accesses your shopping cart. No cookie, no cart contents.
When you go to any parts page in the store at the top of the page there

In order to return parts you MUST receive
a return authorization number from us. There are no returns for electrical
items. Mis-ordered parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Faulty parts
will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Click
